How it Works
The Crest at Work program is simple. Once you’ve met with one of our Crest at Work Service Managers, we schedule the first pickup for your business. We leave you with some bags to offer your employees, and we provide some ideas on communicating the new employee benefit. We come back to pick up the the bags, clean everything at Crest-owned locations, then deliver everything back within a few days to the designated spot within your office.
We currently offer two payment options:
- If your company is cleaning clothes on behalf of your employees (labs, hospitals, retail stores), you can either pay via credit card or we can invoice you.
- If individual employees within the company will be paying for their own dry cleaning and laundry, we will bill the employee’s credit card for each cleaning.
Meet Your Service Managers
The success of the Crest at Work program is driven by our maniacal focus on customer service, exemplified by our Service Managers. All Crest at Work Service Managers are experienced, reliable professionals, backed by one of the largest laundry and dry cleaning operations in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. Your Service Manager is not only the person you’ll see during every pickup and delivery, but also your complete account manager.
Tom Breece – Montgomery County, Maryland
Tom began his career in the dry cleaning industry as a teenager. He has been with Crest Cleaners since 1994, first as a store manager then as a district manager in charge of 4 stores. Tom is responsible for Crest at Work operations in Montgomery County, Maryland.
Tom lives in Montgomery County with his wife Anna and two daughters Elizabeth and Mary. Tom is an avid Redskin fan and likes history and cooking. He is a past club champion at a local golf course.

Nick Davis – Fairfax County, Virginia
Nick has been with Crest Cleaners since 1994 as a route manager. He lives in Northern Virginia with his wife, Laura, and two children. Nick is an avid golfer and a former professional baseball player, having been drafted by the NY Mets in 1988.
